Show Best Vendor in Replenishment Report

We're excited to introduce new insights in the Replenishment Report, helping businesses make smarter purchasing decisions by identifying the most cost-effective vendors!

Functionality:

We've added new fields to the Purchase tab on the product template and the Replenishment Report to enhance vendor analysis:

• Best Vendor: Identifies the vendor offering the lowest calculated cost.
• Best Calculated Cost: Displays the smallest cost from the vendor list.
• Best Profit Margin (%): Shows the profit margin from the purchase order linked to the best vendor.
  These fields can be toggled on or off in settings (disabled by default) for a customizable reporting experience.

Value:

This feature allows businesses to optimize procurement by identifying the most profitable vendor options. By leveraging detailed cost and profit margin insights, users can improve purchasing strategies, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.

How to use:

• Open the Product Template and navigate to the Purchase tab to view the best vendor details.
