Cross-Selling Feature
We're excited to introduce the new Cross-Selling feature in POS, designed to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer purchasing experiences!
Functionality:
The Cross-Selling feature allows businesses to link related sales transactions seamlessly. After enabling it in POS > Edit, cashiers can associate new orders with previous purchases by entering the original order receipt number in the cross-selling popup. Once confirmed, the system records the linkage, providing a clearer view of customer purchase behavior in POS > Orders.

This feature helps businesses drive additional sales by tracking and encouraging complementary purchases. By linking related transactions, businesses can analyze customer buying habits, optimize sales strategies, and increase revenue through targeted recommendations.
How to use:
- Enable the Cross-Selling feature from POS > Edit.
- When processing a new order, enter the receipt number of the related order in the cross-selling popup.
- Confirm the order and check the linked transactions in POS > Orders.
