We’re excited to roll out a new enhancement that adds an approval stage to the Internal Transfer process, giving managers better oversight and control over inventory movements.

This new enhancement introduces an "Approval Status" stage in internal transfers, allowing designated managers to review and approve transfers before they are executed. Key highlights include: 
 
 1. A clearly defined "Waiting for Approval" stage.
 2. Manager-only access to approve or reject transfer requests.
 3. Improved tracking and accountability for internal stock movements.

1. Navigate to Inventory module.
2. Create or manage an Internal Transfer.
3. The transfer will now enter a "Waiting for Approval" stage.
4. A manager can then review and approve or reject the transfer request.
