The POS Loyalty Report provides a comprehensive analysis of loyalty program usage, tracking important metrics such as loyalty point redemptions, applied discounts, pre- and post-discount transaction totals, customer interactions and engagement patterns, and data breakdowns by location, employee, and POS terminal, offering better visibility into program performance.

Arrangement of Stock Location Info by Nearest Locations

We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement to the POS Info popup, making it easier to manage stock across multiple locations by showing the nearest warehouses first!

Functionality:

The POS Info popup now sorts warehouse locations by proximity to the current POS, displaying the closest stock first. You can view the current stock at the POS location, followed by nearby locations in ascending distance order. A distance indicator appears next to each warehouse, along with a clickable map icon to open the location in Google Maps.

This feature enhances stock management by minimizing lookup time and streamlining decision-making. It helps staff quickly identify the nearest available stock, reducing customer wait times and improving overall efficiency.

How to use:

1. Add the warehouse address and map link.
2. In POS, open the Info popup to view stock locations sorted by distance, with map links for easy navigation.
