Introducing our latest enhancement on Inventory Module, which will improve your system experience and usability.



Auto-Fill Expiration Date in Inventory Adjustments


We’re excited to introduce the enhanced Speed up and simplify your inventory adjustments. We've added a new setting that automatically calculates and fills in expiration dates, so you don’t have to.






⚙️ Functionality

The enhanced report now includes additional key details to give you a more comprehensive view.

We added a new option in the Inventory App. When enabled, the system will automatically add 2 years

to the current date and set it as the expiry date for scanned or manually added products in inventory adjustments.

This works both when scanning products or adding them manually in the inventory adjustment screen.





Value
This enhancement removes the need to manually enter expiration dates for most standard products—saving time and reducing human error. Warehouse and pharmacy staff can now move faster, stay consistent, and maintain cleaner data records.
