Now, the system helps you choose the most suitable warehouse based on your customer’s location making your call center team faster and more accurate when handling quotes and orders.

With this feature, users can now set addresses and geolocation info for both customers and company locations.
When creating a sales order or quotation, the system automatically identifies and suggests the nearest warehouse based on the customer’s location.

You can even enable auto-selection, so the nearest warehouse is instantly applied when a customer is chosen.

1. Ensure you have the required permissions to access this feature. (Contact dawatech Support Team).
2.Make sure customer and location addresses are set with geolocation.
3. In the Sales module, start creating a quotation or sales order.
4. Select your customer  the nearest warehouse will be suggested or automatically selected (if auto-selection is enabled).
