We have successfully integrated the Pharmacy Portal with the Hakeem TPO system. This end-to-end integration automates prescription handling, insurance authorization, and claim submission, reducing manual work and streamlining the pharmacy workflow.

Phase 1 – e-Orders
Prescription download and dispensing using national ID & reference number.
Support for full/partial dispensing and alternative brand selection.

Phase 2 – Authorization Cycle
Send, receive, cancel, and track authorization requests.
Support for attachments, automatic retries, and backend timers for reliability.

Phase 3 – Claim Cycle
Submit claims, receive remittances, handle rejections & resubmissions.
Link claims to approvals and upload claim-related documents.
