POS Referral Commission

We’re excited to introduce the new POS Referral Commission feature! It will make managing referrals easier and work smoothly with POS transactions.

Functionality:

We’ve added a new referral commission system to make managing referral partners in POS much easier. You can now mark customers as referral partners using a checkbox on the Customer Form, where you can also add their referral type and code. A new page under Sales > Orders lets you view and manage referral details easily. You can set up referral commissions with flexible rules, just like for products or categories. In POS, there’s an "Activate POS Referral" option, a "Referral Partners" button to select partners during sales, and a "Referral Commission" tab to view commission details. Reporting is improved with two new reports—Referral Commission Report and Referral Analysis—and updates to existing reports like Profit Per Item and Sales Report Barcode. You can also set commission rules for specific brands. This system makes it easier to work with referral partners, track commissions, and analyze referral-driven sales.

This feature simplifies managing referral commissions by streamlining tracking, offering detailed reports, and enabling flexible customization. It automatically calculates commissions for referral partners, integrates seamlessly into POS transactions with easy referral partner selection, and provides in-depth referral commission reports to support data-driven decision-making.

How to use:

1- Activate POS Referral Commission.
2- Set Up Referral Partners:
       o    Go to Customer Form under Sales & Purchase.
       o    Mark the "Referral Partner" checkbox and fill in the relevant fields.
3- Track and Manage:

       o    Use the Referral Partner page to view and manage all referral partners.

       o    Access referral commission details in POS order tabs.
4- Analyze Reports:
       o Navigate to Reports > POS.
       o Explore new referral commission and analysis reports for insights
