Internal Transfers: Source and Destination On-Hand Quantity Fields

We enhanced the names of "On Hand" to "Source On Hand" to show the quantities of the product at the selected source location. Additionally, we added a new field, "Destination On Hand," to display the quantities at the selected destination location inside the Internal Transfers page.

Lot Barcode Auto Compute Enhancement

We're happy to share a new update that will make it easier for you to manage your product expirations.

Functionality:

This enhancement automatically generates a barcode for each new lot using the formula: [internal reference + lot number + expiry date]. This ensures that every lot is uniquely identified, making tracking and management more efficient.

Value: 

With this enhancement, you can simplify your inventory processes by automatically generating barcodes for lots. This not only saves time but also reduces the chances of errors, ensuring accurate inventory records and easier lot identification.

Sales and Unit Price to the Transfer 

We're excited to share a new option that makes managing your inventory transfers even easier.

Functionality:

With this new setting turned on, Inventory Transfers (Delivery Orders, Receipts) now have two new fields:

1. Unit Price: When you update this, it will also update the Cost Price on the product template page.

2. Sales Price: When you update this, it will also update the LOT sales price on the product template’s update quantity page.

Value:

This update gives you more control over pricing right from the transfer process. You can easily change the cost and sales prices during transfers, keeping your product records up-to-date. This makes your work smoother, saves time, and helps avoid mistakes in managing your inventory and prices.
