  • When a home delivery order is created in the POS, the system automatically directs the user to the payment screen, simplifying order completion.

• Improved Delivery Person Management

  • Delivery personnel can now be updated during the stages of New, In Progress, or Delivered.
  • A select menu is available to conveniently assign a delivery person.

• Custom Address Option

  • A new checkbox allows users to input a custom customer address and additional information effortlessly.

• Access Rights for Better Control

  • New access rights ensure that only authorized users can perform critical actions by hiding the Cancel and Delete buttons.

• Backend Enhancements

  • The field Delivery Time has been renamed to Create Time for clarity.

We’ve made several enhancement to make your POS system easier to use and manage access. First, we added a new option to control reprinting receipts for refunded orders. We’ve also introduced a new user group to hide the three dots menu on the POS page, making it more secure and focused. Another user group has been added to limit access to the General Ledger from the Partner Action Menu, improving security. Finally, we fixed a problem where the company logo was printed instead of the receipt logo, making sure your brand stays consistent.

Validation for Mobile Numbers When Sending OTP

We’re excited to introduce the Mobile Number Validation Enhancement for your POS and CRM modules!

Functionality:

We’ve made it easier to format mobile numbers when sending OTPs. Now, if users enter a mobile number starting with 00962, 07XX, 00966, 05XX, 02XX and 01XX it will automatically change to the standard format

• For Jordanian customers: 962 or 7XX
• For Saudi Arabia Customers: 966 or 5XX
• For Egyptian Customers: 2XX or 1XX

This helps keep all mobile numbers the same and reduces mistakes.

For example, if an order was sold using the Bank payment method and Bank is disabled for refunds, the cashier will be unable to process a refund for that order using the Bank payment method in POS.
