Editing Customer's Mobile Number 


Keep your records correct by controlling changes to customer phone and mobile numbers in key areas.

This feature makes sure phone and mobile numbers can only be changed in these areas when needed:

Make sure to have access and have the permissions. (Contact dawatech Support team).


How to use:

Follow these steps to change a customer’s phone or mobile number:

  1. Open the POS or CRM module.
  2. Navigate to the customer’s details page.
  3. Click on the phone or mobile number field to make changes.
  4. If you have the necessary permissions, you can edit the number and save the changes.
  5. If you don’t have permission to edit, you will see the message: "You don't have permission to edit the customer's phone number."
