Internal Transfers Details Report


We’re happy to introduce a new feature that makes managing your internal transfers easier.


Functionality: 

With this update, you can create detailed reports for your internal transfers. You can choose specific filters like Transfer Date, Source/Destination Locations, Products, Product Categories, Agents, and Transfers with the status "Done." You can view the report directly on the system, print it as a PDF, or export it as an XLSX file.

Value:  

This feature helps you manage internal transfers more easily. You can quickly focus on the information that matters most to you. Plus, the option to export and print reports gives you flexibility in handling your data. 


Limitation:

Make sure to have access and have the permissions. (Contact dawatech Support team).


How to use:

1. Go to the inventory module.
2. From the menu bar click on reporting and choose internal Transfers Details Report.
3. Enter the start and end date.

4. Choose the Source Location & Destination Location.
5. Click on view.

Delivery Slip, Picking Operations & Transfers


We're excited to introduce new features for the Inventory Operations reports!


Functionality  

We have implemented the following updates to improve your reporting experience: The new "Print Transfer" report allows you to print transfer details directly from the system. The Picking Operations report now includes the barcode serial and sale price, along with a summary section for a comprehensive overview. Additionally, the Delivery Slip report features the barcode serial and sale price, with an added summary section for better clarity.

Value:  

These features provide more detailed and informative reports, helping you streamline your inventory operations. With barcode serials and sale prices included, you can ensure greater accuracy and efficiency in tracking and managing inventory transfers and deliveries.


How to use:

1. Navigate to the Inventory module.
2. Go to the reporting menu.
3. Select the desired report: "Print Transfer", Picking Operations, or Delivery Slip.
4. Customize and print the report as needed.

Expiry Report Wizard 


Introducing the Expiry Report Wizard, a powerful new feature in the Inventory module's reporting menu!

Functionality :

This feature allows users to customize their expiry reports using a wizard pop-up. You can filter expiry details by location, category, agent, specific products, or a combination of these filters along with date range filters. The report can be viewed directly in the system by clicking the "View" button or downloaded as a spreadsheet file (XLSX).

Value:  

Empower yourself with detailed and customizable expiry reports. This feature provides the flexibility to get precise information based on your specific needs, helping you manage your inventory more effectively and avoid potential losses from expired products.


How to use:

1. Navigate to the Inventory module.
2. Go to the reporting menu.
3. Select the Expiry Report Wizard.
4. Customize your report using the available filters.
5. Click "View" to see the report in the system or "Download" to get it as an XLSX file.

Vendor Target


We're excited to introduce a new feature that enhances your ability to track and manage vendor agreements!


Functionality  

We have added a new feature that allows you to monitor your progress toward meeting vendor targets.

This feature includes:
  •  See how much progress you've made towards your vendor targets with a detailed view of the ordered quantity, received quantity, and the value of the ordered difference. 
  •  Visualize your progress with a percentage-based progress bar for clearer data representation. 
  • Easily activate or deactivate vendor targets as needed.

Value:  

This new feature provides you with a clear overview of how close you are to meeting your vendor targets, helping you stay on track and make informed decisions. The progress bar and detailed metrics ensure better tracking and efficient management of vendor agreements.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Vendor Management module.
  2.  Access the "Vendor Target" section. 
  3. Review your progress with the provided metrics and progress bar
  4. Activate or deactivate targets as needed to manage your agreements effectively

Drug Items Restrictions


We’ve added a new feature to help you control which products are visible in different parts of your system. 

 

Functionality :

You can now hide certain products from being seen in the POS, Internal Transfers, Purchase, and Sales apps.

Value:  

This feature gives you more control over your inventory. By hiding certain products in specific locations, you can make your work easier, reduce mistakes, and ensure that only the right products show up where they should. This helps keep your inventory organized and your business running smoothly.



How to use:

1. Go to the inventory module  

2. Select the product you want to hide from the POS and transfer 

3. From product card press on inventory 

4. Press on restrict from and choose the location  




Easily manage your inventory and reduce errors with the new Drug Items Restrictions feature!






Disable POS Refund Buttons


 Introducing a new feature in the POS user settings that enhances control and security within your point-of-sale system!


Functionality :

This feature allow to disable the "Refund" and "Fully Refund" buttons for specific users in the POS system. By restricting access to these options, you can prevent unauthorized refunds and ensure tighter control over sales transactions.



Value:  

Enhance your POS security and reduce the risk of unauthorized refunds with this new feature. By disabling refund options for certain users, you can maintain better oversight of transactions and minimize potential losses.

How to use:

1.Go to the point of sale.

2.Click on refund.

3.Choose a refund request.

4.Place the cursor on the full refund button.
